Ardy has been a resident of North Lebanon Township for 39 years. Ardy and his wife, Tina, are especially proud of their sons, A.J. and Tyler, who have both used their degrees to establish themselves in the financial field. Ardy’s wife Tina has served the residents of Cornwall Manor for 45 years.
Township Supervisor
- No tax increases during my entire term as Township Supervisior
- From Jan 2020 – present, our general fund balance went from $2,111,817 to $4,668,735
- Voted to form the Lebanon County Regional Police Department to improve officer safety, reduce response times for residents, and also reduce the total police budget for the township by 12 percent
- We reduced Sewer Authority debt from $5,625,796 to $228,326, with plans for it to be paid in full next year
- Voted to improve two dangerous intersections at 7th St. & Kimmerlings Road, and 8th Ave. & Kimmerlings Road, to reduce recurring accidents.
- Voted to continue to improve parks and recreation areas, including installation of new equipment.
- Headed streetlight project to convert to LED, which reduced cost and maintenance.
- Voted to realign all storm water pipes to conform with MS4
- Voted for restoration of Lion’s Lake project, which included replacement of the Jay St. wall later this year
- Opposed the Jubliee Minsitries project at East Kercher Ave and Mt. Zion Road
- Opposed the new curb and sidewalk ordinance that went into effect last year
